‘F4 Thailand’ star, GMMTV Thai actor, model and singer Dew Jirawat has his fans swooning over his charms as he returns to Manila for his first solo fan meeting.
Before the show, Dew meets the local media for a press conference and is happy to talk about his single “North Star” and returning to Manila from the F4 Thailand fan meet. “I’m so happy to be back here again. I’m very happy to see you all today.”
The local media couldn’t help but fall in love with the Thai actor due to his natural charms. When asked about his initial thoughts of his Filipino fans, the first thing he said was “Narak” (cute). “All the fans are cute.”



He was also asked about his reaction when finding out he was casted for the Boys Over Flowers remake to which he answered “Really? Is it real, is it true?” His good sense of humor was brought to light when asked what he would tell his younger self to which he replied (to his younger self) “When you grow up, you will be very very pogi (handsome)”
When asked about roles he wants to try in the future, Dew said he wants to try a villain role in an action drama or movie.
When asked who his favorite actors were, he mentioned his co-stars in F4 Thailand — Bright, Win and Nani.
The star was dedicated to preparing for his fan meet and mentioned that he has practiced a lot both in singing and how to communicate with the fans.



Before the press conference ended, Dew mentioned a Filipino phrase that we handed over to him during the exclusive interview “Gumising ka na, baby (Wake up, baby)” Stay tuned for our exclusive interview with Dew in our official social media channels.
Soon after the press conference, Filipino JSUKUNGFU Academy, enter the Samsung Hall excited to welcome back the Thai actor. Prior to the start of the event, there was a fanzone booth where Filipino fans could get freebies and the banner for the fan project.
PERFORMANCES
Dew greets his fans with his song and F4 Thailand’s OST “In the Wind” even sending a flying kiss to his fans during the performance.

After his first performance, the host surprises Dew by showing the actor that it’s always like a party in the Philippines. Music was played and the Filipino fans started dancing and shouting for joy.
“It’s really wonderful. I want you to join me in the club.” The energy from the Filipino fans definitely impressed Dew.
The Thai actor also said a Filipino phrase as his greeting when asked what he wanted to tell the fans. “Mahal kita, baby” and points to a random fan with his eyes closed which definitely added to the energy and excitement from the crowd.
He also performed “Melt” by Nont Tanont and “My Ecstasy” by Bright.
For his final performance, he serenaded his fans with his single “North Star”. Dew also makes sure to wave and interact with his fans during instrumental parts of his song.
GETTING TO KNOW OUR NORTH STAR
Dew participated in games and activities for his fans. These segments are entitled “Get to Know Dew”, “Pinoy Henyo (Filipino Genius)” and “Melting Because of Dew”.

In “Getting to Know Dew”, Dew has to choose three from a series of icons which contain different sets of questions. Dew picked the mask icon, the art icon and the microphone icon which allowed the fans to get to know Dew The actor, Dew The illustrator and Dew The singer.
Fans make comic remarks from time to time. When asked if he were not an actor what would he be, a fan shouts “Asawa ko (my husband)” to which Dew responds “love is not work” earning laughs and excitement from the fans.
In “Pinoy Henyo (Filipino Genius)”, the fans will help Dew guess the word that is flashed behind him. Dew has to guess 4 out of 10 words to win the game. After winning the game, he posed three times for the fans.
For the next segment, “Melting Because of Dew”, clips of Dew are flashed on screen. The clips presented were from the recently concluded Thai series “Home School” where he talked about his character Nai. Dew admitted that he will survive Home School in real life if he has his friends with him.
The final clip shown was a snippet of (G)-Idle’s I Do music video. The Thai actor when talking about his school life mentioned that he was not popular in school as he is from an all-male school.
DEW DURING TRAVELS
A bag was placed on the table with possible items the Thai actor can bring when traveling. Most of the items in the bag were objects Dew does not carry with him when he travels. He even humorously mentioned that he does not bring travel size kits, travel pillow and lotion since it can be found in the hotel or in the plane.

DEW TRIES FILIPINO SNACKS
This must have been the favorite segment of both fans and Dew as it involves food. Dew tries out three different snacks namely Halo-Halo, Turon and Chicharon.
Among the snacks, his favorite was Turon which he liked so much that he asked for the name several times and where to buy it. “Turon, the one with banana I love the most.”
A SURPRISE FOR DEW
The fans prepared a VCR project for Dew and surprised him with banners that said “You became our light in this world full of darkness. P’Dew is our north star.”
Not only that, the fans surprised Dew with a cake to celebrate in advance his birthday on October 30. The Thai actor even danced as the fans sang him a happy birthday.
That was definitely a night to remember for both Dew and the fans. Before his last performance, the fans taught Dew the phrase “Walang uuwi” in which Dew jokingly replied “What about me?” since he said that he still need to buy a Turon.

Dew also wanted to know the Tagalog version of “Please stay with me forever” but said instead “Mahal ko kayo habang buhay (I’ll love you forever)”.
The fans were also able to witness Dew wearing a Barong for the fan benefit session.
