“Don’t Sleep” is a supernatural horror-thriller set against the backdrop of modern-day Thailand, blending ancient Thai folklore with contemporary themes of guilt, grief and redemption. The film follows a group of friends who inadvertently awaken dark spirits while playing with a mystical version of a Ouija board, called Pee Tuey Gaew, which plunges them into a harrowing battle for survival.

The film explores deep psychological struggles and the haunting effects of unresolved trauma, using supernatural elements as metaphors for the inner demons the characters face.
The film has 10 chapters that you can’t miss. Each chapter is connected, so make sure to watch the film from start to finish. More than being a horror film, it also shows how trauma and guilt can affect a person’s life.

VIEWERS THOUGHTS ABOUT THE FILM
I’m still reeling from the experience, and I think that’s exactly what “Don’t Sleep” aimed for – a thought-provoking, unsettling ride that stays with you. The film left a lasting impression on me, blending horror and dark comedy in a way that kept me on edge all throughout the movie. The unique spin on the supernatural and complex characters had me so invested in the story, questioning the plot twists and character connections.
The fact that there are still so many unanswered questions is both frustrating and fascinating. It’s like the film is taunting me, leaving breadcrumbs for my imagination to run wild. The unanswered questions and intentional ambiguity likely added to the film’s mystique, leaving me thinking long after the credits rolled.
And that lingering sense of unease? I think thats what sets Don’t Sleep apart from the other horror movies out there.

As a girly that doesn’t watch horror/thriller movies my first instinct is to cover my ears when i feel like there’s gonna be a jumpscare scene, surprisingly there’s not much on this movie. So many events happened and literally you won’t be able to sleep overthinking about it.
Plus I wasnt expecting the funny scenes! Invite your friends, not to play the Phi Thuai Kaew tho but to watch this movie!!

After watching the movie, me and my friends have something to talk about the film, especially with what’s gonna happen to the characters after? I’m not a fan of horror films but suprisingly this film got me hooked from chapter one to the final chapter. I personally got hooked in the chapter eight as for me the story got a lot of sense when you got to connect everything from each scene. It got me thinking even after I got home after watching the film.
